PTfitnessofBristol offers Personal Training delivered to you at a time and place most convenient, causing as little disruption to your day as possible. I provide training adapted to your needs which is also enjoyable, helping you to gain maximum benefit.
Training will now fit into your day rather than your day having to fit around your training.
Circuit Classes
I will be running a Circuits class on a Tuesday at 6pm in
Turnberries Community Centre, Thornbury.
